Making a Booking

If you want to book online with the bookings are made via the secure pages on our website, via fax forms or, for group bookings the most common way, over the phone. Group-traveltura accept different credit card such as :
- Amex
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Delta
- Switch

and also Solo card for reservations. Sometimes some credits cards accepted in order to secure a reservation may be not accepted in some hotels, hostel, apartments ...

That's why we advice you to ask your personal booking consultant to be sure about the validity of your credit card at the accommodation's reception for payment.

Generally your booking is mainly handled by one of our consultants. A reservation means that you have to pay first 10 percent non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

To be accepted, you have to be agreed with our charge condition. The remainder to pay that is to say 90 percent is to be paid at your the accommodation before or after arrival (depending on policy)

An accommodation booking include all charges and taxes unless otherwise specified. When a customer plans to book, he has the responsibility to check the rates before booking. reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where the bookings deposit cannot be processed using the credit card details.

Booking via the website

When booking via the website, you will be charged the '92 Rate' or 'Traveltura Rate' as listed on the web page of the hotel unless otherwise specified. Bookings without credit card details are replied and if details have not been received within a few days they will be removed from the system.

Credit Card Information

If you wish the reservations can be made with another person’s card details but permission and billing details are required. But for security purposes, the card holder may be contacted to make sure any charge is authorised. Ltd takes credit card security very seriously. For our customers’ peace of mind, our secure booking form is protected by a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We advice you not to send credit card details in a standard e-mail. Ltd will not be responsible for, and will not accept any card details that are sent this way. If you are concerned about your credit card details, please contact a member of our staff.

Liability of Credit Card Transaction

If unauthorised charges appear on your credit card statement used to make your booking, any time during or after you made your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your credit card details on our website. (or associated sites) shall not be liable or responsible in any way, in respect of damage or loss of whatsoever nature, suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with use, transaction or disclosure.

Room Type

If an en-suite room (private shower / bathroom) is required, please make sure the option is clearly selected and stated on the booking form. If two prices are given next to each other on the web site, the lower rate is a basic (non en-suite) room. If no option is specified, the reservation team will assume the booking is for a basic (non en-suite) room. In most cases, a continental or English breakfast is included in the rate. If you are not sure, please contact a member of our staff before booking.

Payment before Arrival

Group bookings may be subject to other conditions, such as payment before arrival. Please contact your group-booking consultant for more information and for the payment policy of your chosen accommodation.

Changing Rates

Before placing group bookings please contact us to assure that the rates and conditions don`t change, according to the size of the group, time of the year, hotel or hostel and the length of stay. The group booking rates may be higher than normal rates for short stays and additional services.

Accommodation Listings

Whilst great care is taken to ensure that the details of the accommodation match the listing on and it's related websites, Ltd accepts no responsibility for details or rates that the hotel may have changed without notice.


After completing the booking form, you will receive an automatic e-mail with your booking details. But that is not a confirmation. Once your booking is received and processed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing a reservation number and details confirming your reservation and all relevant facts. If you prefere a faxed confirmation, please contact a member of our staff. Please read the confirmation carefully - it contains all the details and information necessary to check-in. This must be printed out and presented upon arrival. Ltd shall not be liable for any losses as a result of the printed confirmation not being presented on arrival. Any errors with the booking confirmation must be immediately reported to the staff, then another confirmation will be sent. Ltd accepts no liability for bookings that have not been received or processed due to incorrectly entered data on the booking form, including e-mail addresses, fax or phone numbers.

When your first preference is no longer available, a member of our reservation team will endeavour to book the second and third preference you have specified on the booking form.

If there are no preferences listed, a member of our reservation team will contact you via e-mail or phone to offer you the accommodation that matches with all your wishes and he/she will arrange this for you.

Failure to reply or contact our team regarding your reservation will mean your booking will be removed from the system. In this case, another booking form will need to be submitted to resume the process.

Room Assignment

The management of the accommodation reserves the right to change the room to a room of equal or better standard (and requirements) during or before your stay.

Changing bookings

The possibility of a change of the arrival date depends on the accommodation policy and its room availability. Please notify a member of our booking team as soon as you find out a change is necessary.

Cancelling bookings

If you want to cancel your booking, you have to contact the reception desk desk of the accommodation directly. You will find the telephone number and details on your confirmation. Failure to give a cancellation notice may mean an amount, equivalent to a one night stay, will be charged from the credit card supplied with the booking.

This charge is an addition to the non-refundable deposit already taken for the reservation. As a courtesy, you are welcome to also notify a member of the staff. Some hotels may require a written notice. As agreed, the 10 percent charge is not refundable regardless of a cancellation notice. The accommodation may supply a cancellation reference number upon request.

Arrival/Check in

On your booking confirmation, you will find your accommodation details. Please make sure that your arrival time matches with the reception times of the hotel. Make sure that you allow yourself enough travel time from your airport to the hotel. In the case of a late arrival, we suggest you to book an accommodation with a 24-hour reception. Ltd accepts no responsibility for bookings made without asking the booking consultant about the accommodations’ reception opening times before or during booking. Ltd shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation. Any questions or issues with the hotel should be brought to the attention of the manager on arrival. Please make sure you have a proper ID on you.
